Education/Training:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration
• Bachelor Degree in Economics

Certifications (Preferred):

• Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
• Certified Financial Analyst (CFA)
• Association Of Charted Certified Accountant (ACCA)
• Certified Information System Auditors (CISA)
• Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP )
• Certified Information Security Manager (CISM)

Experience:

Required years of experience 5-10 years of experience in Auditing , Accounting , Business Analysis/Evaluation

Responsibilities / Requirements :

• Knowledge of internal auditing principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of standards for the professional practice of internal auditing.
• Establish and maintain an efficient internal audit function consistency with the international standards.
• Plan , manage and conduct operational , financial and IT audits.
• Identify operational systemic gaps in the internal control and recommend relevant corrective measures .
• Develop internal audit policies and procedures manual .
• Develop audit strategies and annual audit plan.
• Examining internal controls and risks of bank’s information technology including applications , database , operating systems , information security .
• Extensive knowledge of auditing methodology procedures and techniques , accounting and auditing standards , in addition to the risk assessment and the ability to analyze complex processes to manage risk and identify unconscious impact on audit .

Skills/Abilities:

• Good knowledge of auditing concepts and principles .
• Good understanding of IT General controls including change management , access management , information security and other controls related to information technology .
• Full knowledge of risk assessment techniques , tools and methods .
• Good knowledge of governance principals .
• Proficient use of Microsoft office applications including word , excel , power point , access .
• Ability to learn and self-development skills.
• Ability to work well as a member of team .
• Reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership and mentoring skills.
• Strong English and Arabic writing and reading skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to switch priorities quickly and comfortably in response to rapidly changing condition .
• Ability to define problems , collect data , establish facts and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent analysis , communication and leadership skills.
